Think Yourself There
What we think and place our emphasis on is exactly what we will get the most of. If we are in a constant state of complaining and thinking doom and gloom then we can stop wondering why we are miserable. We can in fact think ourselves there to where we would rather be yet we insist on believing that we cannot change our thoughts, actions and then our outcomes.
It is a proven fact we can convince our mind that life is good or that what we want is already true. With that fact in our data bank we can easily change our life for the better. We can make our life into what we want it to be to a large extent if we simply think in a way that is positive, joyful and blessed. When we think we are lucky then we become that lucky person. When we think we are able and good enough as we are then we will be. Nothing is more powerful than our thoughts.
The key to finding ourselves and our life where we would like to be is to have a plan that supports that one decision to be happy. That plan can and should include a spiritual, emotional, physical and creative aspect. Each of these parts are what we consist of. We must be willing to take the time each day to address each part of our being. When we address the spiritual aspect of who we are we take the time to honor that part of us by meditating, praying or holding silence. Our physical being is addressed and honored when we do some form of exercise daily and our emotional being is nurtured when we journal or attend a support group. Addressing every part of who we are will surely help us to get where we want to be.
Affirmations are a large part of our life journey, getting to where we want to be and living an optimal way. What we strongly affirm we will be. Every affirmation starts with I am because in that way we are saying that we are already there. It does not matter if we are there or not but rather that we are telling ourselves that we will without any doubt get there. An affirmation can be stated like this: "I am joyful and complete living a life that is impeccable." Affirm what you want to create more of in your life with an affirmation that speaks to your heart and that will propel you to a place of victory.
If you are not a believer then there is nothing I can say to make you believe that what you think is what will be. If that is true of you then I would encourage you to continue to live the life you are living because you may not yet be ready to transform. Believing is a large part of transformation and we must be in the state of hope and of understanding to change our life for the better. You may not be able to think yourself there yet what I would promote for everyone is that you look at your life and decide which parts of it need an application of faith.
